Delivery & Returns


Every effort will be made to supply orders promptly but the Company will not accept responsibility for suspension or delay in deliveries nor for the consequences thereof. In general delivery is to the reception desk and/or ground floor at the stated delivery address or in case of large items to GOODS inwards point in facility. 

For customers in the Republic of Ireland, order consumables by 10AM for delivery in next working day , excluding orders for large or bulky goods like IAC 250 Booth or Furniture. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend will be considered as being placed on a Monday before 10AM. This is only a guideline and is not a guarantee IAC Ltd are unable to take responsibility for any delivery delays which are outside of their control.


We do not charge for delivery for small orders where stated on the Website. However a delivery charge will apply for large items and this will be indicated on the Website

Delivery of some larger items may be charged more, and we may contact you after you order with more information.



Orders may be cancelled within 7 working day of our receipt of your order. Any payments received will be refunded with 5 working days.



Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order provided you receive an authorization number from us for return of goods. All approved goods for return must be in perfect condition, sellable and be completely without defect or damage.

The company is unable to accept return of goods without prior notification to our offices in writing. And only when it has given authorisation for such return can goods be accepted. Any goods returned for credit will be liable to incur the following handling charges.  
0 - 30 days old- 15% handling charge

They also must be in perfect merchandisable condition and capable of resale and be completely without defect. Any such damage or defect will totally cancel any obligation by the company for any refund whatsoever.Refund for returned goods with 2 working days of returned goods to our offices. 


We ship all orders using one of our carefully selected partners, which include Fastway Couriers, and AN POST on certain occasions for small items.

Larger items like Fridges and IAC Audiology Booths will be delivered by Aramex.

The nature of the products we sell means that we require a signature on receipt.
